1/2 chopped onion
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1.5 cups chicken broth
1.5 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
2 cups mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and melt in the oven. Once melted, remove the dish from the oven.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and Bisquick baking mix until smooth, then set aside.
