Sheet Pan French Toast Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 loaf of brioche bread, sliced into 1-inch thick slices
4 eggs
2 cups whole milk
4 tablespoons melted salted butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a sheet pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, butter, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
3. Dip brioche slices into mixture and make sure both sides are nice and coated.
4. Transfer and arrange onto sheet pan. Bake in oven for 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
