Honey Garlic Chicken

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp of cornstarch until the chicken is evenly coated.
In another bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, honey, and 1 tsp cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the prepared broth and honey mixture. Allow the sauce to simmer, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon, and the chicken is fully cooked through.
Stir in chili flakes and chopped parsley. Remove from heat.
Serve the honey garlic chicken over rice, garnished with additional parsley if desired. Enjoy your meal!
