Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough:

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
Add the Filling:

Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese to create a sealed ball. Pinch the seams to ensure the cheese is completely enclosed.
Bake the Bombs:

Place the filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart.
Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
Bake and Serve:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Optional Dip:

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
