Garlic Butter Chicken

Instructions

Take a large skillet and add the olive oil, pounded chicken, Salute/poultry seasoning, pepper, salt, pepper in it.
Cook all ingredients over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. But don’t move or disturb the chicken. After 5 minutes. When the chicken has a medium golden color flip it.
Let the chicken cook on the second side for another 5 minutes. Again don’t move the chicken during this time.
When it is done, remove it from the skillet and place it on a plate to rest.
Deglaze your skillet by adding chicken broth or wine and allow the liquid to boil for a few seconds.
Now add butter and stir continuously until melted. After that, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Then add chicken to the skillet and turn off the heat. Mix it well with garlic butter sauce.
Garnish your garlic butter chicken with parsley and serve immediately.
