Fluffy milk buns

➡In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and yeast. Add in butter, egg and salt.
➡Mix it well and let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
➡Cut into 10-12 pieces and roll out them.
➡Then roll the dough and transfer it to the baking pan. Let it rise for 15 minutes more and spread with egg.
➡Bake at 180’C ( 350’F) for 25 minutes
