EASY SAUSAGE BREAKFAST MUFFINS

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and diced onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese mixture, and stir until evenly combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
