Easiest No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
For the Topping:

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Directions:

Prepare the Crust:

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.
Add the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish to form an even crust. Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.
