Decadent Caramel Bliss Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line three 9-inch cake pans with parchment, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix sugars, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Break up clumps.
In another bowl, combine eggs, yolks, sour cream, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix into dry ingredients. Stir in hot water until batter is smooth.
Divide batter among pans, bake 30 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes, then on racks.
For frosting, cream butter, sift in sugar and cocoa, mix on low then medium, add vanilla, salt, cream, and caramel. Beat until smooth.
Trim cakes to level, layer with frosting and caramel. Chill 1 hour, then finish frosting. Sprinkle with sea salt.
