Blackout Chocolate Cake

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350F and grease the molds. Melt cocoa or chocolate powder with milk and sugar, add dark chocolate, and let it cool.
Mixing Batter: In an electric mixer, combine sugar, butter, and egg whites until creamy. Add vanilla essence, egg yolks, and the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Adding Dry Ingredients: Incorporate flour, baking soda, and baking powder into the mixture. Divide it between the two molds and bake for 35 minutes or until a metal stick comes out clean.
Filling and Glazing: In a saucepan, melt chopped dark chocolate with condensed milk and milk. Add butter for a creamy texture. Fill cakes with the chocolate cream, stack them, and cover with the same cream using a spatula. Garnish with nuts or cherries.
