Ingredients :
1.5 lb beef strips (I used thinly sliced round steaks and cut them into strips)
1 green bell pepper, cutting to thick tranches
1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices
1/2 thick sliced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
