Ingredients
Beetroot – 1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped
Carrots – 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
Banana – 1 ripe banana, peeled
Water – 1 cup (adjust based on desired consistency)
Lemon Juice (optional) – 1 tablespoon for an extra zing
Honey or Maple Syrup (optional) – 1 tablespoon for added sweetness
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and chop the beetroot and carrots into small pieces for easier blending.
Peel the banana and set it aside.
Blend the Vegetables:
Add the chopped beetroot and carrots to a high-speed blender.
Pour in the water to help with blending.
Blend on high until smooth and no chunks remain.
Add the Banana:
Add the peeled banana to the blender.
