Ingredients:
For the Bread:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
Zest of 1 orange
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped (or frozen, thawed)
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons orange juice
