Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 asparagus spears, trimmed
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained if in oil and chopped
1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
